Usually most assignments like surveillance are billed hourly. Consultations and advice regarding your case are totally confidential and free of charge.
HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU BEGIN AN INVESTIGATION?
We prefer to have at least a 24-hour notice however; it is sometimes possible to begin a case within 1-3 hours. Weekends are the busiest times and therefore, would usually require extra advance notice. We would first need to collect all of your details and facts regarding the case and obtain any necessary forms before we can initialize the investigation. In addition, all investigations are to be Pre-Paid. Payment may be accepted on-line in various payment methods. Call us for details.
IS THE INVESTIGATION AND INFORMATION OBTAINED TOTALLY CONFIDENTIAL?

Should the above forms be unavailable, we also accept cash (US currency only for the exact amount of the search). We strongly recommend insuring mailings containing cash. Please inquire at your post office about the best options available. This is the least recommended form of sending payment.
HOW DO I KNOW MY CREDITCARD PAYMENT HAS BEEN PROCESSED?
When you submit your creditcard information and your payment is approved, you will be given an automated receipt. We suggest you print the page using your browser's Print function for your reference.
The transaction will also appear on your creditcard statement, as Blackwater Protection & Detective Agency. Seconds later you will receive an automated email confirmation letting you know your order has been received and accepted.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE SUBMITTED?
Since orders are processed immediately, almost impossible to cancel or change an online order once submitted and the creditcard has been approved. You may need to place a new order with the correct information. If your original order was placed for the wrong search and no information is found, you mostly likely won't be charged, however if you know the information or search was wrong, please contact us immediately by email at our customer service e-mail address.

As investigators, we have access to over 200 different public and private record databases and other sources. If your individual has unknowingly released his/hers information into one of those data bases, we will gather this data. Remember to check off your reason for searching for an individual on our order form. You must have a permissible purpose for us to search for the individual. Your report is to be used as a tool to help locate your individual
WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO LOCATE A MISSING PERSON?
We usually need a name. We need the name the individual would be going by at the time of your search. Searching for a male individual is more effective because males do not change their last name. When searching for a female, if you think you may have a maiden name, we can also search by first name and exact date of birth and the listing will pull up all females, no matter what their last name is. The more accurate information criteria you can supply us betters the chance we will locate your missing person. If you have available, last known complete address, last know city or state; last know state, social security number, exact date of birth or approximate age range. Any of this information is beneficial to your chances of locating the individual. Remember, exact accurate spelling of the individual you are looking for is important. One wrong letter can throw off your whole search.
